Throughout my college career, I served as a Resident Assistant with Residental Life at the Fashion Institute of Technology. While my main priority was facilitation, crisis management, and office administration, I utilized my design knowledge to create eye-catching flyers to entice college students about events and helpful information. Before you recycle was created to inform students about the practices of recycling in NYC and how wrongful recycling can impact the entire bin. This sign was placed by trash shoots and emailed to residents with further explanation on how they can keep green!

In an attempt to reduce the spread of COVID-19, I created Mask Up to remind students that their cooperation contributed to the safety of all students on campus.  In addition, I provided a QR code to create easy access to the residence hall's COVID-19 protocol. After hanging these new signs throughout my community floor, incidents regarding students without masks decreased dramatically.
